• The implementation of the Weichai WEVB exhaust brake system ensures safety while reducing tire and brake pad wear, as well as overall vehicle operating costs.
• The load-carrying capacity of the four U-bolts rear suspension's rear leaf spring has been upgraded. The thickness of the leaf spring has been increased from (822mm+425mm) to 12*25mm, resulting in a 25% increase in stiffness.
• Wheel rim has been reinforced, whose thickness increased from 14mm to 16mm and steel ring from 8.5 to 9.0.
• Φ120 bore steering gear, the steering assist capacity is increased by 24%.
• The ground clearance is increased up to 636mm, and the thickness of the bottom protector is increased from 3mm to 6mm, which can meet the requirements of customers.
• The taillight is equipped with a protector to improve the adaptability of complex working conditions, which reduced the risk of the taillight from being damaged.
• Matching 9.5 tons of front axle, thickness of front suspension plate spring is 18mm, high stiffness and strong carrying capacity.
